In this article, we’re going to see the different USSD codes for your NTC and NCELL sim card and see how you can use your sim card smartly. Because it might help you sometime in the future.
Many of us have faced problems when talking about the sim card and it is really frustrating. Whether it is NTC or NCELL sim card, people are confused about the Unstructured Supplementary Service Data (USSD) codes for different offers.
The USSD codes for the NTC sim card and the NCELL sim card are different. So, I’m going to write the codes differently and you can easily determine the codes without confusion and use them properly.
Here are some of the important USSD codes:
NTC SIM CARD USERS:

To check your balance
Input: Dial *400#
Output: Your balance is Rs.XX, Expiry date is 2XXX-XX-XX.
Helpful to all people who want to know their balance.
To recharge your phone
Input: Dial *411#Pin code#
Output: Your account has been recharged by Rs XX.
Helpful to all people who want to recharge their balance.
Quick Note: Don’t scratch the recharge card with your finger. Scratch it with some sharp objects like keys or coins but, don’t scratch too hard because you might lose your pin code numbers.
To transfer the balance
Input: Dial *422*security code*Phone no*Rs#
Output: RsXX has been successfully transferred to XXXXXXXXXX
To get the customer service (IVR)
Input: Dial 1415
Output: First Choose your language:
Press 1 for Nepali language and Press 2 for English
Then,
Press:

2 for Recharge

To dial ISD- International Call
Input: Dial 1424
Dial 1424 before the number you want to call internationally.
E.g: 1424(CountryCode)(PhoneNumber)
To inquire and Complain
Input: Dial 198
By dialing 198 on your phone through NTC sim card, you can talk with the customer care. You can inquire or complain about NTC Landline, GSM or CDMA for any matter.
